Hiring for Bus Drivers
SoWashCo Schools has a critical need for school bus drivers. Pay starts at $20.40 an hour and increases to $22.90 an hour after 75 days of employment. Drivers can also qualify for excellent benefits.
Critical Need for Nutrition Services Staff
The Department of Nutrition Services is hiring for a variety of positions. With schedule options from 3.5 hours to 8 hours a day. We are looking for candidates who want to be part of a team that makes a meaningful impact on student lives.
SoWashCo Schools is offering:
- $1,000 signing bonus
- $500 will be paid after the completion of 90 consecutive days
- $500 will be paid after the completion of 180 consecutive days

Do you love working with kids? Join Kids Club to make a difference in the life of a child. Learn more about our openings at our virtual hiring events. We are hiring for High School Aides, Paraprofessionals, Inclusion Site Specialists and Supervisors. Full-time (benefit eligible) and part-time positions are available. Positions are retention bonus eligible.

Kids Club Opportunities Kids Club PT Paraprofessionals
28 hrs./wk. - Starting at $21.50/hr.
Instruct swimming lessons at the SoWashCo aquatics facilities. Day and evening positions are available.
Red Cross Instructor certification helpful, but not required – we will train.
Starting at $18/hr.
Oversee building use and security of district facilities during Community Education activities including football, soccer, lacrosse, track and other athletic/special events. Part-time with flexible evening and weekend hours.
