About Us

Red Rock Elementary School (RRES) is a school that prioritizes both academic excellence and the social-emotional well-being of its students. The school believes that success is not only measured by academic achievement but also by building the emotional and behavioral skills needed to navigate challenges and reach goals. Every student is encouraged to feel seen, heard, and safe, fostering an environment where they can take risks and realize their full potential.

RRES emphasizes relationship-building, with students greeted by name each day and engaging in activities that strengthen connections within classrooms and across the school. Each classroom has a "Buddy Class" pairing older and younger students for monthly activities. RRES is committed to ensuring academic success, especially in literacy and mathematics, with regular screenings and interventions for students' needs. RRES also provides differentiated instruction through a daily WIN (What I Need) time to support students struggling with math or offer enrichment to those who need it.

RRES welcomes community involvement and hosts several community events during the year. The school also has an active and welcoming Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
